The Charming Paradise Five-Bedroom villa is situated about 10 minute drive from the world-famous Palm Beach area and its tourist entertainment centers.

This charmingly unique villa in a paradise-like setting provides you with all the comfort and space your family or traveling group needs!

Entering the villa from the front door, you will find the living and dining area with an 8-seat dining table, 2-2 comfortable sofa set with a TV and access to the back terrace with a swimming pool.

On the right side of the entrance door is the full-size open kitchen and it is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you would need. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a hallway that leads to the garage and an outdoor laundry room which includes washer and dryer. Just off the living/dining area, you will find the restroom (=half bathroom) for your guest’s convenience.

On the left side of the entrance door, you will find the bedroom wing. All four bedrooms inside this villa has king-size beds and private (some en-suite) full bathrooms with shower; the fifth bedroom is in the separate apartment and has a queen-size bed and adjacent a full bathroom with shower.

Notably, the spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed, ‘en suite’ master bathroom with a toilet, bidet, double vanity, shower and a private walk-in closet. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, ‘en suite’ master bathroom with a toilet, bidet, vanity, shower and a private walk-in closet.

Stepping out onto the terrace from the living area or master bedroom, there is a covered patio with an 8-seat outdoor rustic dining table, a fair-sized swimming pool surrounded with 4 lounge chairs, and a Weber BBQ grill.

The apartment in this villa is away from the main house, across this outdoor area and swimming pool, and thus provides the fifth bedroom with full bathroom (which bathroom can be accessed from the outdoors too).

Free broadband wireless internet, Cable TV, and a DVD player are all available for your extra comfort and leisure. Each bedroom has its own individual split-unit air-conditioning equipment. – Sleeps standard maximum 10. A rental car is necessary to fully enjoy the island experience from this property’s location.
