PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Gold Delight Three-bedroom townhome is a 2-level floor plan vacation rental pleasure in the gated and upscale residential community of Gold Coast Aruba. This townhome has downstairs an open plan living area with a fully equipped open kitchen, 6-seat dining glass table, a 3-seat sofa plus a chair, large TV, a half bathroom, and access to the fenced patio with a 4-seat dining table plus a BBQ grill (charcoal).

All three bedrooms and full bathrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, walk-in closet, small balcony, and en-suite master bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, and a built-in closet. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, a built-in closet, and a small balcony. The second bathroom with a shower is located in the corridor.

Air Conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas, a private parking space, hot water, free wireless internet, four flat-screen TV (in the living room and each bedroom), in-room washer/dryer facilities are all available for your extra comfort. This townhome offers you about 1500 sq ft of vacation pleasure and the large communal swimming pool is just across the street. – Sleeps a maximum of 6 in 3 beds.

Two of the largest shopping malls in Aruba, Palm Beach Plaza Mall, and Paseo Herencia cater to the shopping fever and offer various good restaurants, cinema theaters, water fountain shows, game rooms, bowling, arcades games, and Spa facilities. At night this area comes to life as the many lively nightclubs, cafes, bars, and restaurants give an upbeat entertainment experience.
