PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Nestled just a short drive away from the scenic Malmok Beach road, the Opal Jewel Four-bedroom villa invites you with its rural charm and relaxing ambiance. Located close to the renowned Palm Beach, Boca Catalina and Arashi Beach, this distinctive villa offers ample space and comfort for your family or travel companions. The inviting outdoor back terrace is perfect for relishing Aruba's delightful weather.
 
Step onto the back terrace to enjoy the veranda with shaded outdoor seating, overlooking the swimming pool with two sun lounge chairs and a large palapa. The palapa is completed with a 6-seat dining table, and awaits your al fresco dining adventures, while a BBQ grill area promises memorable culinary experiences.
 
Inside, the villa welcomes you with a spacious living area featuring a sofa set and a large TV, with easy access to the back terrace and pool. To the left, a full-size open kitchen awaits, equipped with all the appliances and utensils you could desire. The adjoining 6-seat dining table offers a charming view of the terrace and pool too. Adjacent is the laundry room, complete with a washer-dryer. Just beyond the laundry room, is the half bathroom and private fourth bedroom. This bedroom has a queen-size bed, a built-in closet, and an attached bathroom with shower and vanity.
 
On the opposite side of the living area, discover the second bedroom with a queen-size bed, the third bedroom with a king-size bed, and a shared bathroom with a shower. At the end of the hallway, the primary bedroom awaits, boasting a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and an attached primary bathroom featuring a separate toilet room and a glass-enclosed shower.
 
This villa offers free Wi-Fi, 1 Cable TV, parking in front of the villa, and each bedroom boasts its own individual air conditioning unit for personalized comfort. The villa accommodates up to 8 guests, with the option to accommodate up to 12 guests for an additional fee of $10.00 per night per guest; in the private attic room. Please note that a rental car is essential for exploring the island's treasures.
